Are you struggling with your weight?  Have you tried many methods and been faced with frustration and lack of results?  We are here to help you elevate your road to wellness and confidence through a comprehensive, medically supervised weight loss plan. 

This service involves a consultation with one of our licensed providers with years of experience and a detailed plan of treatment, which will vary based on individual needs.  The following is our list of services but read on below for more details!

Weight Loss Consult - $200.

Your initial consult can be in person or may be done virtually, as long as you are located in Kansas. You will fill out a health history prior to your appointment. We will go over your overall health as well as your weight loss goals to determine the right plan for you!

Weight Loss Medication Supervision - $150

This service requires the initial weight loss consult and then a follow up visit with one of our providers every 3 months for check in, support and continued refills of medication. Medications such as semaglutide and tirzepatide are offered based on client needs. Pricing of the medication is subject to pharmacy pricing and refills include a service charge which gives you access to support from our providers between visits!

Weight Loss Maintenance Program - $100 per month

For some of our clients, they just need accountability and support. Our Maintenance Program includes check in with staff and a B12 injection twice a month.

Medical supervision gives you additional tools

You’ve probably read that the key to weight loss is to burn more calories than you consume, and at its very core, that’s true. However, it doesn’t take into account things like hormonal shifts, cravings, deficiencies, or other health factors that have an impact on your ability to burn more calories than you consume. When you work with the providers at Elevate You to lose weight, you’re embarking on a medically-supervised weight loss journey. This means that your overall health is a consideration, and that if you need nutritional supplements or prescriptions to assist your weight loss, you can get them.  

Weight Loss Medication Supervision is offered at Elevate You. We offer consult and determination of appropriate medication such as semaglutide, tirzepatide and other medication needs. Visits will be every 3 months for check in, body composition, medication refills, and support.

What to expect

On your first visit, we’ll discuss your medical history, and you may need to undergo a full medical exam that includes labs. This way our providers will know that the program is safe for you, as well as which elements are likely to be the key to your success. Some patients  may receive lipotropic injections that help your body burn fat more efficiently. Some may require prescription access, which we can provide. You may also receive vitamin injections. 

Follow Up Visits will include a check in on how your weight loss journey is going and careful monitoring of any difficulties you may have or side effects that you may experience. You also have access to our providers via text messaging between visits. This extra service is one of the ways we work to help you get the most out of your treatment plan and guide you along the way!
